Returns


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

  1. Returns and refunds are only accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  2. To initiate a return, customers must contact Superior Supps customer service via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be included in the return shipment.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Superior Supps will not refund the original shipping charges.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, Superior Supps will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the product’s original purchase price.

  5. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

  6. Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Customers must contact Superior Supps customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product to report any defects or damages.

  7. Superior Supps reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  8. Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  9. In the case of a wrong or incomplete order, Superior Supps will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
